At Supreme Athletics, our tumbling program is designed to build power, precision, and personal confidence through a structured, safety-first progression. We take a value-first approach, focusing on the individual growth of every athlete—whether they are stepping onto the mat for the very first time or perfecting advanced twisting skills. Our classes are high-energy and inclusive, providing a supportive environment where athletes can push their limits and achieve their goals. From foundational motor skills to elite-level tumbling, we provide the expert coaching and specialized equipment needed to help every athlete soar.

Cheer & Tumbling Class Options

Parent & Me

(Ages 18 Months–3 Years Old)

An introductory 30-minute class where parents participate alongside their child and coach. It’s the perfect way for toddlers to get an initial understanding of tumbling while having fun.

2/3 Year Old Tumble

(Ages 2 & 3 Years Old)

Reserved for our youngest athletes, this 30-minute coach-led class focuses on motor skills, balance, and flexibility. We prioritize shaping and basic tumbling skills in an environment that is high-energy and fun.

Pre-K Tumble

(Ages 3–6 Years Old)

This exciting 55 minute class shifts focus toward more specific tumble skills. Athletes work on drills like limbers, bridges, and cartwheels through fun-packed circuits.

Pre-K Tumble & Cheer

(Ages 3–6 Years Old)

This exciting 55 minute class combines the energy of cheer with foundational tumbling. Athletes work on developing coordination, motion technique, and specific skills like bridges and cartwheels through fun-packed obstacle courses. It’s the perfect environment to build early confidence and teamwork while mastering the basics of the mat.

Intermediate Cheer

(Ages 7-14)

This high-energy class is designed for athletes who have mastered the basics and are ready to level up. We focus on advanced motion technique, jump sequencing, and intermediate stunting drills. Athletes will push their determination and work ethic to the next level, refining their skills through technical repetition to prepare for the demands of competitive cheer.

Beginner Tumble

(Ages 6 & Older)

The perfect hands-on introduction for those wanting to learn tumbling with no prior experience required. This 60-minute class uses drills and mats to teach the basics of forward and backward tumbling.

Back Walkovers

(Ages 6 & Older)

In this 60-minute class, athletes move beyond the basics toward mastering front and back walkover skills, eventually the back handspring.

Back Handsprings

(Ages 6 & Older)

This intermediate 60-minute class is geared toward perfecting and learning series back handsprings and eventually the back tuck.

Back Tucks

(Ages 6 & Older)

An advanced 60-minute class where athletes focus on the power and technique required for back tucks and front punches.

Layouts & Fulls

(Ages 6 & Older)

An advanced 60-minute class where athletes progress toward layouts, twisting skills, whips, and more.
